Marco began his career at Deloitte, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, in the Audit Practice servicing Private Equity & Hedge Fund clients. To gain tax experience, Marco joined the financial services team at CohnReznick, LLP.  An opportunity was presented at BlackRock, a leading global investment management company, as a controller working with tax and audit professionals supporting Latin American (LatAm) entities. 

Marco made a career pivot to become a healthcare professional.  Most recently, Marco held roles at two prestigious hospitals, New York-Presbyterian Columbia (NY) and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center (NJ) in the Finance division.

Jose began his career at PwC, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, in the Audit Practice servicing financial services clients. With PwC, Jose took a 6-month international secondment to Cali, Colombia to assist clients adopt and transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Jose joined Barclays' Finance Department where he supported various trading businesses. While working for Barclays, Jose spent 7 years overseas working from several global offices including Johannesburg, Chennai, and London. Jose has experiences in strategy & execution at a wealth management institution

Jose completed his MBA from Columbia Business School & London Business School.
