Marco began his career at Deloitte, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, in the Audit Practice servicing Banking & Hedge Fund clients. To gain tax experience, Marco joined CohnReznick, LLP. An opportunity was presented at BlackRock, a leading global investment management company, to lead the accounting and tax team supporting Latin American (LatAm) businesses.
Marco made a career pivot to become a healthcare professional to help people in need. Most recently, Marco has held roles at two prestigious hospitals, New York-Presbyterian Columbia (NY) and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center (NJ).

Jose began his career at PwC, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, in the Audit Practice servicing financial services clients. With PwC, Jose took a 6-month international secondment to Cali, Colombia to assist clients adopt and transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Jose joined Barclays' Finance Department where he supported various trading businesses. While working for Barclays, Jose spent 7 years overseas working from global offices including South Africa, India, and United Kingdom.
Jose completed his MBA from Columbia Business School and joined a Global Wealth Management firm to support the strategy & execution.
